At Bluvo Digital, you will not be one more campaign manager in a queue. You will take over a large part of what the Founder does today, own your accounts end to end, and work directly with him on strategy, audits and recent business.

Our clients are enterprise and growth-stage D2C and lead generation brands in India and abroad. We judge results by revenue, CAC and margin, not clicks or ROAS alone, and we tell a prospect plainly when paid media will not work for them.

What you will do

- Build media plans from the client's unit economics: AOV, margin, CAC and LTV
- Build and scale Google (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube), Meta and LinkedIn campaigns




- Decide where every rupee goes and move budgets weekly to what works
- Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI and offline conversions
- Write ad copy, brief creatives and suggest landing page CRO fixes
- Review every launch and fix mistakes before clients see them
- Lead weekly and monthly client calls and explain results honestly
- Prepare monthly reports and run account audits for prospects

What we are looking for

- 4-5 years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years leading accounts and people
- Deep, current skill in Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
- Accounts you have scaled, with spend, CAC or ROAS before and after
- Comfort thinking in contribution margin, not just platform ROAS
- Confidence on client calls, with clear spoken and written English
- Sharp judgement: you can spot what is wrong in an account within minutes
- The habit of following through without being chased

Extra points for

- Agency experience across several clients
- D2C (Shopify) and B2B lead generation experience
- International campaigns (US, UK, UAE)
- Managing ₹10 lakh+ in monthly ad spend
- Looker Studio or Sheets reporting, and AI tools for faster daily work

This role is not for you if you only set up campaigns and wait for results, report clicks instead of revenue, avoid client calls, or need step-by-step instructions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
