Sanskar Construction Company is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager /Billing Engineer to join our growing team at the Gorakhpur project site.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil site execution, project management, BOQ preparation, client billing, deviation statements, and billing-related documentation. The candidate must be capable of independently handling site operations as well as managing project billing activities.

This is an excellent prospect for professionals who can efficiently manage both technical site responsibilities and commercial billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle overall site operations, construction activities, and daily project execution.

2. Prepare, check, and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for the Gorakhpur project.

3. Prepare client bills, RA Bills, running bills, and final bills.

4. Handle site measurement, quantity calculations, and billing verification.

5. Prepare deviation statements, extra item bills, and escalation claims.

6. Coordinate with clients regarding measurements, bill submissions, approvals, and payment follow-ups.

7. Supervise construction activities and maintain proper site discipline.

8. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.

9. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labour, procurement, and accounts departments.

10. Manage material requirements, consumption, and payment-related coordination.

11. Resolve site-level technical issues, conflicts,



and operational challenges.

12. Maintain proper site records, measurement books, billing documents, and quality standards.

13. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.

Educational Qualification

· Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 4–10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.

· Candidates with strong experience in site execution and billing will be preferred.

Skills Required

· Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

· Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

· Experience in RA Bills, client billing, and final billing.

· Knowledge of deviation statements, extra item claims, and escalation billing.

· Good understanding of measurement and billing procedures.

· Strong client handling and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage contractors, vendors, labour, and site teams.

· Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
