Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, promote our services, and achieve sales targets. The role involves finding business opportunities, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Identify potential clients through calls, email, social media, networking, and market visits. Qualify leads, understand requirements, and arrange meetings or presentations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service packages. Follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved terms, and close deals. Meet agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up dates, and deal status in the CRM. Coordinate client onboarding and provide a clear handover to the execution team. Identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, and additional services. Follow up on payments in coordination with the accounts team. Marketing & Promotion

Support online and offline campaigns to generate enquiries and increase brand awareness. Coordinate with creative and digital teams on promotional content and sales materials. Research customer needs, competitors, pricing, and market opportunities.



Build relationships with referral partners and relevant business networks. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings. Track campaign enquiries and share feedback to improve lead quality. Reporting & Coordination

Submit weekly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue. Keep the sales pipeline updated with realistic closing dates. Share client requirements accurately with internal teams. Record client feedback and coordinate the resolution of service concerns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with prospecting, client meetings, and regular follow-ups. Working knowledge of CRM software, Excel or Google Sheets, and presentation tools. Ability to manage priorities and work towards measurable targets. Willingness to travel locally for meetings, where require

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
