- Merchant Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential merchants in the assigned territory, set up meetings and present suitable business solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with merchants to drive engagement and business growth, with regular follow-ups and timely closure of opportunities.
- Sales & Onboarding: Drive merchant onboarding and adoption of digital business solutions, and meet assigned sales targets and productivity metrics.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through field activities, networking and market visits across the assigned areas of Kolkata.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and your reporting lead for a seamless onboarding experience, and gather market intelligence to share insights.
- Reporting & Records: Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and sales activities, and report progress regularly
