About the Role We import and supply food ingredients, including cocoa products (powder, cake, butter, liquor) and cocoa alternatives (CBS, CBE, CBR, roasted-grain and other substitute blends). You will ensure the quality, safety, compliance and technical suitability of what we source and sell, and help customers get consistent results from our products. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and approve suppliers, samples and new products, including cocoa substitutes when supply is tight Set product specifications (fat %, moisture, pH, particle size, colour, flavour, microbial limits) and review supplier COAs Run or coordinate incoming quality checks and lab testing; investigate deviations and complaints Ensure compliance with FSSAI import and labelling rules, plus shelf-life and storage requirements Check for contaminants and risks common to cocoa: heavy metals, mycotoxins, pesticide residues, allergens, Salmonella Support customers (bakeries, confectioners, beverage makers) with application trials,



reformulation and troubleshooting Maintain HACCP/GMP documentation and support audits and warehouse hygiene practices Advise on packaging, storage conditions and transit stability for imported lots Qualifications B.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field 2–5 years in food manufacturing, ingredients, QA or import/trading Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP and ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with cocoa, chocolate, bakery or beverage ingredients Experience with ingredient substitution and sensory evaluation Understanding of import documentation: COA, phytosanitary certificates, FSSAI NOC Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
