About Creative Industrial Automation

Creative Industrial Automation is a UAE-based supplier of industrial automation products and solutions, serving customers across various industries through our branches, e-commerce platform and B2B mobile application.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage and execute our email marketing activities, strengthen customer engagement and generate business enquiries through targeted email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and execute email campaigns, newsletters and automated email workflows for B2B and online customers.
- Write engaging email content, compelling subject lines and promotional messages, and coordinate with the design team on email templates.
- Manage and segment customer email lists, ensuring data accuracy, quality and compliance with email marketing regulations.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with key results and insights.
- Coordinate with the sales and website teams to promote products, brands, special offers and new product launches.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.




- Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
- Strong written English communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and email template design.
- Experience in email list management, segmentation and marketing automation.
- Good understanding of email marketing analytics, A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into improvements.
- Highly organized, creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
- Previous experience marketing industrial, electrical, automation or engineering products is a plus.
