Key Responsibilities

- Critical Systems & Utilities Management: Oversee life-safety and utility systems, including medical gas and oxygen pipelines, diesel generator (DG) sets, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, lifts/elevators, water pumps, and fire safety systems.
- HVAC & Cleanroom Control: Monitor heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), chillers, and refrigeration to maintain sterile air-quality standards in operation theatres (OTs), ICUs, and wards. [1]
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and track Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs while driving rapid response teams for emergency breakdown work orders. [1]
- Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance: Ensure all engineering and plant operations comply with local building codes, fire safety norms,



and healthcare accreditations (such as NABH or equivalent statutory guidelines). [1]
- Team & Vendor Supervision: Lead in-house technicians, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CMC), and coordinate with external specialized vendors for elevators, biomedical support systems, and civil repairs. [1]
- Budget & Inventory Control: Track maintenance expenses, manage spare parts inventory, approve purchase orders, and optimize operational costs
- Age : 30-35 years

Atleast 4-6 years experience (INTERIOR FINISHING)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
