Job Description – HR Recruiter (Healthcare)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in healthcare recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring timely closures for various healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions, including Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Hospital Staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.




- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of healthcare hiring profiles and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting.
- Target-oriented approach with robust follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience hiring for hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic labs, healthcare chains, or pharmaceutical companies will be an added advantage.

Work Requirements

- Full-time remote position.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.
- Should be comfortable working with daily recruitment targets and reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
