We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through field visits and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales and field visits.
- Generate leads and acquire new corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Explore new markets and opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle corporate clients and conduct face-to-face meetings.
- Target-driven approach with strong closing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
