Role Overview

We’re looking for confident bilingual communicators who can handle incoming customer enquiries in Malayalam and Kannada, explain products, assist with orders, and follow up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming customer calls and assist potential buyers.
- Explain product features and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
- Record customer interactions and order details accurately.





Requirements

- Fluency in both Malayalam and Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic English for internal communication.
- Good communication skills and reliable follow-through.
- Smartphone and stable internet connection.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.

Work Arrangement & Earnings

- Fully remote.
- Customer enquiries may come throughout the day, with calling activity generally extending until 10:00 PM.
- The role prioritises genuine inbound enquiries, supported by follow-up calls when needed.
- Performance-based earnings; actual income depends on eligible sales. No fixed salary is offered.
