Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to promote Sceptre's medical device products across Bangalore and Karnataka.

The primary product focus will be PTA Balloon Catheters. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key medical specialists, promoting products, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote PTA Balloon Catheters, HD Catheters, disinfectant solutions, wipes, and other medical products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and urologists.
- Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through concept-based selling and product demonstrations.
- Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Pharm or B.Sc.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore and Karnataka for field sales activities.
