Job description:

Position: Project Manager (Automation & Instrumentation)

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Collaborate with clients in pre and post sales to provide technical support.

2. Project Documentation as per DQ/IQ/OQ/FAT/SAT

3. Can handle Project independently

4. Understanding P&ID;/Machine layout/ Electrical Drawing

5. Powder handling machine Installation & Commissioning Exp.

6. Electrical/PLC panel wiring/ Troubleshooting

7. PLC Programming Knowledge

8. Development of HMI/SCADA Screens,

9. HMI/SCADA Programming Exp.

10. AB/Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC Handling Exp.

11. Pneumatic function awareness

12. Servo/Stepper/Induction Motors Handling Exp.

13. Computer Software & Hardware Knowledge

14. Can support/understand Mechanical activities.

15. written and verbal communication

16.



Assumes the primary technical relationship with the customer.

17. Computer system validation for Pharma/Chem Sector

18. Prefer candidate from process equipment/powder handing sheet metal industries

Product knowledge :

Granulating (High Shear Mixer Granulator (HSMG) or Raid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Drying(Fluid Bed Equipment, Tray Dryer, Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer), Milling, Blending, Material Handling

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech. - Electrical Electronics /Instrumentation/ Electronic Communication
