Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Audiologist & Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients with hearing, speech, language, voice, and communication disorders. The candidate should be compassionate and skilled in providing patient-centred care for children and adults.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hearing assessments and audiological evaluations.
- Perform hearing tests such as Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Impedance Audiometry and other relevant assessments.
- Identify and assess speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualised speech and language therapy plans.
- Provide speech therapy for children with speech delays, stammering, articulation and language disorders.
- Provide rehabilitation and counselling for patients with hearing and communication difficulties.
- Assist patients with hearing aid selection, fitting, programming and maintenance, wherever applicable.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Educate patients,



parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home-based exercises.
- Coordinate with ENT specialists, paediatricians and other healthcare professionals.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).
- RCI registration, wherever applicable.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Clinical or hospital experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust patient-handling and counselling abilities.
- Knowledge of audiological equipment and speech therapy techniques.
- Ability to work with children and adult patients.
- Compassionate, patient-focused and professional approach.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
