Don Bosco Tech Society is seeking a Trainer - Automotive Sales Assistant to deliver training aligned with the Automotive Sales Assistant (NSQF Level 3) qualification. The Trainer will equip learners with the practical skills to generate and convert sales leads at a vehicle dealership - including the growing electric vehicle segment - and prepare them for employment as Automotive Sales Executives.

What You’ll Do

- Train learners to generate sales leads through various resources
- Train on supporting the overall sales process, from pitch to close to post-delivery
- Deliver the Electric Vehicle (EV) sales promotion module
- Train on organising work and resources in a service environment
- Deliver the Employability Skills module
- Run role plays, mock sales pitches, practical demonstrations, and assessments
- Coordinate on-the-job training placements with dealerships and employers
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and trainee progress reports
- Support placement readiness, interview preparation, and employer linkages

What We’re Looking For





Candidates must meet one of the following routes specified by ASDC:

- Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical) with 3 - 4 years industry experience in automotive sales and 0 - 1 year training experience; or
- Graduate (any discipline) with 2 - 3 years industry experience in automotive sales and 0 - 1 year training experience; or
- NSQF Level 5 Certificate (Automotive Sales Consultant) with 2 years industry experience in automotive sales and 1 year training experience

In addition:

- Hands-on experience in dealership sales, showroom operations, or customer-facing vehicle sales
- Familiarity with the electric vehicle segment an advantage
- Confident presenter able to run role plays and practical sessions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; command of the local language
- Basic computer skills for records and reporting
- Curriculum is also available in Hindi - bilingual delivery an advantage
