We are looking for a hands-on Service Support Engineer to manage after-sales service, troubleshooting and maintenance of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, diagnosing technical issues and ensuring reliable operation of installed systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for BESS installations.
- Troubleshoot battery-related issues, BMS faults and electrical problems.
- Diagnose issues in battery packs, wiring, connectors and DC systems.
- Support troubleshooting of PCS, inverters and associated electrical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of battery systems.
- Attend customer complaints and breakdown calls.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for fault resolution and warranty claims.
- Maintain service reports, fault logs and maintenance records.
- Guide customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Travel to customer locations across India for service requirements.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with batteries,



battery banks, UPS or inverter systems.
- Knowledge of DC electrical systems, protection devices and electrical safety.
- Ability to use a multimeter and other electrical testing instruments.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer support.

Candidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged:

- Lithium-ion battery systems
- UPS and industrial battery banks
- Solar inverter servicing
- EV battery servicing
- Industrial electrical maintenance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
