- Analyze overall hospital business performance, including OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and other speciality departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and business performance dashboards for management review.
- Monitor hospital revenue, billing, collections, profitability, and department-wise financial performance.
- Track business KPIs such as patient footfall, bed occupancy ratio, average length of stay, OPD conversion, and revenue per patient.
- Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, revenue gaps, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with department heads, finance, marketing, HR, clinical, nursing, and operations teams to collect and validate business data.
- Analyze doctor-wise, speciality-wise, and department-wise performance to identify opportunities for business growth.




- Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare management presentations, analytical reports, dashboards, and business review reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
- Recommend data-driven strategies to improve hospital revenue, patient volume, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Experience Required

- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Hospital Operations, MIS, or Healthcare Analytics.
- Certification in Business Analytics or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
