Required Skills and Experience

- 7 years of hands-on business analysis, or equivalent experience owning requirements on delivery projects.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud — 4 or more years. This is mandatory. Applications without it will not be shortlisted.

- At least one full Sales Cloud implementation or major enhancement where you owned the requirements.

- Clear user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.

- Working knowledge of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Forecasts, reports,

and dashboards.

- Enough platform knowledge to specify Flow, validation rules,



and page layouts without writing code.

- Excellent written English and professional communication with UK and other international clients.

- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently, full-time and remotely, from discovery through UAT and go-live.

- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Administrator is desirable.

- Exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud is desirable.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
