TOSS Academy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Badminton Coach to train students and players, develop their badminton skills, improve physical fitness and prepare them for competitive tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct badminton coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate and advanced players.
- Teach fundamental badminton techniques, including serving, footwork, strokes, smashes and defensive skills.
- Prepare structured training programmes based on players' age and skill levels.
- Develop players' physical fitness, stamina, speed, agility and coordination.
- Monitor individual player performance and provide regular feedback.
- Identify talented players and prepare them for district, state and national-level competitions.
- Maintain attendance, training schedules and player performance records.
- Ensure discipline, sportsmanship and safety during coaching sessions.
- Maintain proper utilisation and care of badminton equipment and court facilities.
- Coordinate with parents, academy management and other coaches.
- Organise practice matches, tournaments and fitness activities.
- Ensure a positive,



motivating and professional training workplace.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a badminton coach is preferred.
- State, national or university-level badminton playing experience will be an advantage.
- BWF Level 1, NIS or other recognised badminton coaching certification preferred.
- Experience coaching children and competitive players is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
