Key Responsibilities:
•Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify candidates through various recruiting tools.
•Expertise in portal sourcing using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other Job Portals.
•Excellent Tech/IT Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific requirements.
•Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems with supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have 1 - 3 Years of experience in recruitment.
- Closures, ability to develop current strategies of recruitment, etc.
- Ability to understand Job Descriptions & tweak the strategy for closures.
- Candidate should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, development of his/her own pipeline, excellent sourcing skills from social sites with good & healthy networking.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
