Job Description: Digital Marketing & Brand Executive

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management or content marketing, with prior experience in financial services (PMS, AIF, mutual funds, wealth management, broking, fintech) is strongly preferred.

Role Summary

You will own company's digital presence end to end: LinkedIn (Company Page and the founder's profile), SEO, brand creatives and website upkeep. You will plan and publish content, grow reach and engagement, and report on results. Because we operate in a regulated space, you will also run a strict content-approval workflow so that every PMS-related communication is reviewed by Compliance before it goes live.

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn & Social Media

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for the Company Page and the founder's personal profile

- Write, design and schedule posts, carousels, infographics, short videos and moment-marketing content that align with brand tone.

- Run approved professional and brand outreach: connection requests and page invites, with no investment solicitation.

- Monitor comments and messages, escalate any investment, performance, or client-specific query to the designated authorised person.

- Grow followers, reach and engagement through consistent posting, hashtag and timing optimisation, and community building.

2. SEO & Website Visibility

- Conduct website and technical SEO audits and implement the fixes.

- Carry out keyword research and mapping for our services and content.

- Handle on-page optimisation: meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking and content recommendations.

- Run ethical off-page activity (backlinks, guest content)

- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and next steps.

3. Brand & Design





- Create on-brand visuals, templates and social creatives in line with brand guidelines, colours and visual language.

- Maintain and evolve brand assets, including the brand mascot/character, and manage editable source files.

- Coordinate with external designers or video editors where needed.

Experience & Education:

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management or content marketing.

- Prior experience in financial services (PMS, AIF, mutual funds, wealth management, broking, fintech) is strongly preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business or a related field.

Skills:

- Solid written English with the ability to turn complex financial ideas into clear, credible content.

- Proven LinkedIn expertise: company pages, personal-brand content, organic growth and analytics.

- Working knowledge of SEO: technical and on-page SEO, keyword research and backlink building.

- Design skills in Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing is an advantage.

- Familiarity with website CMS (such as WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS for routine updates.

- Tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar, scheduling tools.

- High attention to detail, comfort with approval workflows, and the ability to meet deadlines and posting schedules.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have:

- Understanding of SEBI Portfolio Manager regulations on advertisements and performance communication.

- Interest in investing, markets and the Indian financial ecosystem.

- Experience with AI-assisted content and design tools.

- Basic knowledge of paid LinkedIn advertising.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
