Job Summary

Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle patient billing, invoice generation, payment collection, and day-to-day billing operations. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily patient billing and generate accurate bills and invoices.
- Prepare bills for consultations, scans, laboratory tests, procedures and treatments.
- Collect payments through cash, card, UPI and other payment modes.
- Maintain accurate billing records and patient payment details.
- Verify service details and billing entries before generating invoices.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front-office staff and accounts team regarding billing-related queries.
- Handle patient queries related to billing and payment receipts.
- Maintain daily cash collection reports and payment statements.




- Manage refunds, cancellations and billing corrections as per hospital policy.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Maintain proper documentation and support daily accounts reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree / B.Com / BBA etc
- 0–3 years of experience in billing, preferably in hospitals, clinics or healthcare centres.
- Freshers with valuable communication and computer skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Good numerical and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage billing activities efficiently.
