Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our corporate gifting company. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote corporate gifting products and services, generate business leads, improve brand visibility, and increase online engagement.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO, content creation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote corporate gifting products, customized gifts, promotional merchandise, and festive gifting solutions.
- Manage digital campaigns to generate B2B leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities to achieve business targets.

Social Media Marketing

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, promotional creatives, and product showcase content.
- Develop social media calendars for corporate gifting promotions, festive campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Improve brand awareness and customer engagement through consistent social media activities.

SEO & Website Management

- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research related to corporate gifts, customized gifts, bulk gifting, and employee gifting.
- Optimize website content, product descriptions, landing pages, and blogs.
- Coordinate website updates and ensure product information is accurate and engaging.

Lead Generation & Online Advertising

- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.




- Generate qualified B2B leads from corporate clients, HR teams, procurement departments, and businesses.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for bulk corporate orders and customized gifting requirements.
- Track campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.

Content Creation & Marketing

- Develop marketing content for corporate gifting products and services.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for promotional banners, brochures, product catalogues, and marketing creatives.
- Prepare email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional messages.
- Create content for corporate gifting occasions such as employee onboarding, festivals, client appreciation, and corporate events.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Analyze customer engagement, website traffic, leads, and campaign conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and business growth.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience in social media management and content marketing.
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in corporate gifting, e-commerce, B2B marketing, or promotional merchandise will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
