We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong multi-stakeholder management skills and deep Jira expertise to join our team in Hyderabad (Complete Onsite).

Role: Senior Business Analyst Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with clients, product owners, engineering, and leadership teams to understand business needs.

* Lead requirement discussions, document processes, and convert them into clear functional specs.

* Create and manage user stories, epics, workflows, and dashboards in Jira. Drive Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and reviews.



Ensure solid stakeholder alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

* Coordinate with development and QA teams for requirement clarity. Support UAT, prepare documentation, and track progress effectively.

Required Skills:

* 5-8 years as a Business Analyst.

* Strong hands-on experience with Jira.

* Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

* Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum.

* Ability to work fully onsite in Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
