Position Overview
Creatabar Interior Architect is looking for a Site Engineer to oversee the execution of commercial interior projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, supervising finishing works, managing resources, and ensuring that project work meets the required quality and schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute site activities based on approved drawings and project requirements.
- Supervise daily work carried out by site workers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, architects, and MEP teams.
- Check measurements, drawings, and work progress at the site.
- Oversee flooring, ceiling, partition, painting, and carpentry works.
- Arrange and monitor materials required for site activities.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site records.
- Inspect completed work and report quality-related issues.
- Monitor workforce performance and project schedules.
- Identify site challenges and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures.
- Submit regular updates on site progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out.
- Understanding of interior execution and finishing activities.
- Ability to read architectural and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of site coordination and material management.
- MEP coordination knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
