Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Explain products/services and resolve customer queries.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
