Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Tax Compliance & Advisory with strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and taxation practices. The candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance activities, reviewing financial records and returns, handling client coordination, and supervising junior team members while supporting tax advisory and litigation-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage client-wise GST, Income Tax and TDS calendars, document dependencies and review dates.
 Review returns, computations, financial statements, books-to-return reconciliations and tax-credit workings.

 Identify tax risks and prepare clear advisory notes,



assumptions and alternatives for Principal review.

 Analyse notices and prepare factual responses, calculations and evidence schedules with the legal team.

 Conduct routine client meetings, document decisions and track agreed actions.

 Allocate and review executive work; maintain working-paper standards and train the team.

 Escalate complex issues, scope changes, missing records and threatened deadlines promptly.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting, financial statements, and tax reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Experience in tax advisory, notice handling, and compliance review.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Alternative Qualification

CA Intermediate candidates with 4–6 years of relevant taxation experience may also be considered for the position of Senior Tax Associate, with a salary range of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on skills and assessment.
