Milana Global Learning Centre is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate teachers to join our team for Abacus and Phonics programmes. We welcome individuals who enjoy working with young children and are committed to creating an engaging, interactive, and joyful learning environment.

Positions Available

- Abacus Teacher
- Phonics Teacher

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging Abacus and Phonics classes for young learners.
- Develop children's numerical skills, mental mathematics, phonetic awareness, pronunciation, and early reading abilities.
- Use interactive teaching methods, learning materials, activities, and practice exercises.
- Monitor and assess individual student progress.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school management.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain student learning records.

Eligibility and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certification or qualified training in Abacus and/or Phonics is preferred.




- Prior teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or primary education will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Freshers with relevant training and a strong interest in teaching may also apply.
