Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and manage our company's digital marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, managing online campaigns and improving the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing.
- Manage SEO, keyword research and website optimization.
- Develop engaging content strategies, reels, videos and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Manage social media calendars and online brand reputation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.




- Explore current digital marketing trends, tools and AI-powered marketing solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Excellent content planning and marketing strategy skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and campaigns.
- Good communication, leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in managing successful digital campaigns.
