Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, including Sales, Accounts, Administration, Operations, and Technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate salary, discuss notice periods, and coordinate offer releases.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the company's hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR will be preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in B2B, Sales, and Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of successful closures.
- Time taken to close vacancies.
- Candidate joining ratio.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Quality of candidates sourced.
- Recruitment target achievement.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
