Job Description:
Responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers and promoting Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through field sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate loan processing.
- Conduct field visits and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Any Degree.
- 6 months–2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Banking / NBFC experience is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
