Job Description – Production Assistant

Experience: 1+ Year
Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Vasai East

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes and achieve daily production targets.
- Coordinate with workers and supervisors for timely production.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure proper utilisation.
- Check production quality and reduce rejection and wastage.
- Follow basic production planning and scheduling.
- Ensure proper manpower utilisation and workflow.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance Departments.
- Follow safety rules and maintain workplace discipline.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of production processes.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and control.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to handle shop-floor activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
