Job Vacancy: Special Educator

Position: Special Educator
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Experience: Prior experience is mandatory
Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education (relevant specialisation)

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and compassionate Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and provide appropriate educational interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide personalised teaching strategies based on students' learning requirements.
- Support students with learning difficulties and developmental challenges.
- Monitor and document students' academic and developmental progress.
- Coordinate with class teachers, parents, and school management.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment.
- Maintain student assessment records and progress reports.





Requirements

- B.Ed. in Special Education is mandatory.
- Relevant specialisation in Special Education.
- Prior experience working as a Special Educator is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and inclusive education.
- Good communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
