Agency Directory & Visibility Executive

We are hiring an Agency Directory & Visibility Executive to manage the company’s presence across agency directories, business listing platforms, review websites, and service marketplaces. The role focuses on improving the accuracy and completeness of existing profiles, discovering recent listing opportunities, and generating business enquiries through relevant online platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently researching platforms, creating company profiles, managing listing requirements, and tracking the business opportunities generated through these channels.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms
- Research and identify new agency directories, service marketplaces, business listing websites, review platforms, and industry-specific listing opportunities
- Evaluate platforms based on relevance, credibility, listing requirements, audience, and potential business value
- Create, complete, and optimize company profiles across relevant directories and marketplaces
- Maintain accurate and consistent company information, including services, descriptions, portfolios, case studies, credentials, contact details, and other profile information
- Improve profile completeness, service categories, company descriptions, and portfolio presentation to strengthen visibility
- Identify relevant agency awards, badges, certifications, partner directories,



and industry recognition opportunities
- Manage listing applications, profile verification, certification processes, and platform-specific submission requirements
- Monitor listing status, approval progress, profile performance, incoming enquiries, and potential business opportunities
- Respond to relevant enquiries received through directories and listing platforms or coordinate them with the appropriate internal team
- Track published listings, pending applications, approvals, profile updates, and leads generated from each platform
- Maintain organized records of platform details, login or access status, submission requirements, renewal dates, and follow-up actions
- Review existing listings periodically to identify outdated information, missing details, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify effective listing channels and recommend additional platforms based on enquiry quality and business relevance

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency directory management, online business listings, profile management, digital marketing, directory research, or online visibility is preferred.
