Job Overview
NirnAI Tech is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of non-litigation legal matters, property documentation and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-litigation legal matters, primarily related to real estate and property.
- Draft, review and verify legal agreements, contracts and property documents.
- Handle sale deeds, lease agreements, rental agreements and other property-related documentation.
- Conduct legal due diligence and verify property ownership documents.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on property-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, builders,
developers and other stakeholders.
- Manage documentation and provide legal support for business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong experience in non-litigation legal work.
- Preference for candidates from the real estate or property sector.
- Good knowledge of property documentation, agreements and legal procedures.
- Solid drafting, communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Preference
- Candidates with prior real estate/property legal experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
