We are looking for a Project Manager to manage our home automation projects in a professional manner. Qualified candidate is expected to have a very positive understanding of execution work of Home Automation projects. Hard work, team management, project management, commitment, convincing capabilities and perseverance are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the various project execution teams
- Manage their daily schedule
- Manage timely procurement and availability of material required at sites
- Track project progress
- Enable open communication between the sales team and the execution team
- Handle project issues and escalations from the client/site/architect
- Ensure that the project teams maintain site files, drawings, site inspections sheet etc
- Ensure proper completion of the project
- Plan for handover of the project to customer
- Prepare stage-wise reports on a monthly basis on the projects under execution
- Create project ids, SLACK channels, assign project to project managers etc.
- Assist the senior management in identifying new brands, latest technologies, new trends etc.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Education
- B.Tech
- Any other graduate degree with relevant experience
- Relevant experience in handling Home Automation projects is preferred.
- Programming knowledge on KNX, Basalte,Lutron,Control4, RTI, WIFI troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team management and project management skills.
