Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our courses, training programs, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, generating admissions, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about available courses and training programs.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide guidance on suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate student enquiry and admission records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma / Graduate qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in educational institutions or the training industry will be an added advantage.
