Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head with specific experience in the Electrical Panel Manufacturing industry. Candidates must have solid expertise in LT Panel, HT Panel and Control Panel Manufacturing, along with knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and complete plant operations.

Candidates from the Electrical Panel Manufacturing domain only will be considered. Experience in general fabrication or other manufacturing industries will not be sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete plant operations, production planning and execution.
- Oversee LT Panel, HT Panel and Control Panel manufacturing.
- Handle sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, punching, welding and assembly.
- Monitor CNC machines and Fibre Laser Cutting operations.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and electrical panel layouts.
- Manage manpower, production teams and shop-floor activities.
- Ensure quality standards,



production targets and timely delivery.
- Control manufacturing costs and improve operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in the Electrical Panel Manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in LT Panel and Control Panel Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HT Panel manufacturing.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Exposure to CNC machines and Fibre Laser Cutting.
- Strong plant management, production planning and team-handling skills.
- Maximum notice period of 30 days.

Industry Requirement

Candidates must have direct experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing. Candidates from unrelated manufacturing, fabrication or sheet metal industries will not be considered.
