Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team. The role will primarily focus on SAP production support, along with supporting SAP projects, enhancements, and rollouts.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the SAP SD module, including configuration, business process understanding, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM, and LE.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP ECC SD modules, including Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Work on integration with SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting).
- Perform unit testing and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
- Provide production support, resolve issues within defined SLAs, and handle change requests.
- Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects.




- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members across different regions and time zones.
- Train key users and support end-user documentation and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in the SAP SD module.
- Solid understanding of core SD processes, including:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing
- Shipping and Delivery
- Billing
- Returns
- Experience in configuring SD master data, including customers, materials, and pricing conditions.
- Knowledge of IDoc processing, output determination, and intercompany sales scenarios.
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints across SAP FI, MM, WM, and LE.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to EDI and third-party logistics (3PL) integrations.
- Experience with SAP ChaRM.
