Core Responsibilities in a CASA Sales Job
- Customer Acquisition: Finding and onboarding new individual, skilled, or small business bank customers through field visits, cold calling, and local market mapping.
- KYC and Documentation: Collecting and verifying legal identity, address proofs, and compliance paperwork strictly following Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
- Cross-Selling: Pitching ancillary banking services at the time of account opening, such as debit/credit cards, mobile and net banking setup, UPI, fixed deposits (FD), or insurance/mutual funds.
- Target Achievement: Meeting monthly or quarterly sales, activation, and initial-funding targets set by the branch.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining contact with clients to ensure account activity, resolve service complaints, and generate referrals.
DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
