Key Responsibilities

- Floor Operations & Supervision: Oversee table seating, order taking, and service delivery to maintain high standards and quick table turnover.
- Guest Relations: Greet customers, manage peak-hour waiting lists, resolve guest complaints promptly, and gather customer feedback.
- Team Leadership: Brief floor staff (waiters, bussers, cashiers) before shifts, assign duties, and ensure team adherence to service and hygiene standards.
- Order & Inventory Coordination: Ensure accurate order entries into the POS system, monitor stock levels for dining area supplies, and coordinate special guest requests with the kitchen/barista team.
- Cash & Billing Oversight: Monitor shift billing operations, assist with daily cash register balance checks, and handle payment discrepancies.

Pay: ₹12,526.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
