About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our product team. The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to understand customer needs, define product requirements, and support the development and launch of successful products.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, along with an understanding of the product development lifecycle.





Key Responsibilities

1.

Gather and analyze customer requirements, feedback, and market research.

2.

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and product objectives.

3.

Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature lists, and product documentation.

4.

Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

5.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop user-friendly product experiences.

6.

Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery.

7.

Prioritize product features based on business impact and customer requirements.

8.

Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.

9.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.

10.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
