Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage brand communications, and strengthen public relations. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with media, influencers, industry professionals, and business partners while supporting the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning, communication, and public relations activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Identify marketing opportunities and support business growth.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and brand campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Develop strategic partnerships and improve brand visibility.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and business understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Robust leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in media relations, brand management, and marketing strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
