- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Generate new corporate, commercial and residential clients.
- Identify business opportunities for AC Services, AMC, CCTV, Housekeeping and Pest Control.
- Manage and guide the Sales Executive team.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations and business proposals.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth service execution.
- Maintain sales reports, CRM records and client databases.
- Explore current business opportunities and partnerships.
