i5 Housing & Properties is hiring energetic and target-oriented Telecallers for our Real Estate Sales team. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to connect with clients professionally.
The company has two branches in Chennai – Head Office at Valasaravakkam and another branch at Tambaram.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective clients
Explain property details and project information to customers
Generate and schedule site visit appointments
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients
Update customer details and daily call reports
Coordinate with sales team for client meetings and closures
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
Experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Telecalling preferred
Good communication skills in Tamil
Basic English communication preferred
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
