We are looking for a Chief of Staff to be the founders' right hand across two businesses: Neofox Media, a film and content studio based in Chittaranjan Park (CR Park), New Delhi, operating since 2014, and Treat for Tails, our D2C pet supplements brand.
This is not an assistant role. You will own outcomes, not errands.
What you will do
Own day-to-day operations across both businesses
Run the weekly tracker and keep priorities visible and moving
Coordinate teams and follow through until done.
Build and improve systems and processes
Lead special projects end to end
Support the founders with research, planning and execution
What we are looking for
4-7 years of experience in operations, production management, consulting or a founder's office
Comfortable with ambiguity and with taking ownership
Bonus: film or event production experience; Notion, Google Workspace and AI tools
Location and compensation
In office at E-838, Chittaranjan Park (CR Park), New Delhi, Delhi 110019. Full-time. Compensation is based on experience and expected CTC.
