About Cross & Glam Kids

Cross & Glam Kids is a U.S.-based ecommerce business specializing in women's ethnic wear, fashion jewelry, kids' accessories, and gift products.

We are expanding our social media sales through interactive live-shopping experiences.

Our initial target audience is Indian and South Asian customers living in the United States.

We are looking for confident, creative, and sales-oriented individuals from any country who can engage viewers, demonstrate products, and generate sales through social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Host interactive live-selling sessions on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other suitable platforms.
- Present and promote Indian ethnic wear, Kundan jewelry, fashion accessories, and return gifts.
- Demonstrate product features, quality, sizing, pricing, and styling options.
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
- Direct customers to our Shopify store to complete orders.
- Create short product videos, Instagram Reels, and promotional content.
- Promote upcoming live sessions to attract viewers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and special offers.
- Track live-session performance, customer engagement, and attributed sales.
- Submit regular performance and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera.
- Strong interest in fashion, jewelry, ecommerce,



or social media selling.
- Understanding of Indian fashion, festivals, traditions, and customer preferences.
- Experience in live selling, social media marketing, content creation, or retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to engage and persuade viewers professionally.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a good-quality smartphone or camera.
- Availability during U.S. audience-friendly hours.
- Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or other South Asian languages.

Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following are especially encouraged to apply:

- Instagram Live or Facebook Live shopping
- TikTok Live product demonstrations
- Online fashion and jewelry sales
- Influencer marketing or UGC content creation
- Live product presentations
- Social media customer engagement
- Ecommerce conversion and sales

Previous live-selling experience is an advantage, but confident beginners with solid communication skills are welcome.

Working Arrangement

- Work remotely from your country of residence.
- Conduct approximately 3–5 scheduled live sessions per week.
- Typical session duration: 30–60 minutes.
- Coordinate live schedules around U.S. customer availability.
- Product samples, presentation arrangements, and promotional materials will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.




- Work with our team to improve engagement and sales conversion.

Compensation

We offer a flexible compensation structure based on experience and performance.

- Fixed payment per session, hourly rate, or agreed monthly compensation.
- Additional commission on verified, attributable net sales.
- Opportunities for increased compensation based on consistent performance.

Final terms will be agreed upon before engagement.
