- - - Perform routine molecular biology tasks including DNA/RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and Real-Time PCR (qualitative & quantitative).
- - Prepare reagents and master mixes; handle NGS workflows including library prep and sequencing.
- - Operate and maintain lab equipment; ensure proper documentation as per QMS and ISO 15189/NABL 112 standards.
- - Conduct internal QC, proficiency testing, and maintain stock and purchase records.
- - Train lab staff on SOPs and automated instruments.
- - Manage sample testing, data entry, report generation, and TAT compliance.
- - Oversee biomedical waste management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- - Preferred candidate profile
- - - B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Genetics.
- - Hands-on experience in DNA extraction, NGS and RT - PCR.
