At Aquila Finance Limited (a non-banking financial company / NBFC), a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is primarily responsible for front-line customer engagement, loan product sales, and branch operations.

​Key Responsibilities

​Business Development & Customer Acquisition: Sourcing recent clients and driving retail sales for financial products such as Gold Loans, Business Loans, NCDs/Debentures, Mortgage Loans, SODs, and Insurance.

​Customer Relationship & Service: Handling daily walk-in customer inquiries, addressing queries, and building long-term customer rapport.

​Documentation & Operations: Assisting customers with loan applications, verifying KYC documents, ensuring smooth onboarding, and coordinating loan disbursement steps.

​Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Conducting regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients, supporting local marketing drives, and achieving monthly targets set by the branch.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
