Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops on health, hygiene, parenting, financial literacy and life skills.
- Build trust-based relationships with community members across all age groups.
- Identify families in need and connect them with support services.
- Support youth engagement through sports clubs and recreational activities.
- Assist with community surveys.
- Maintain session records and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the team and share feedback with IIDA.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, NGO work or social services.
- Experience working with low-income urban communities is strongly preferred.

- Comfortable conducting group sessions and one-on-one conversations.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in Tamil – Essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
