Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping / Service Associate for a boutique mountain property to maintain high cleanliness standards, ensure room readiness, and deliver responsive, team-oriented guest service.
Salary: 16,000 - 17,000 in hand + accomodation + meals
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, prepare, and stock guest rooms and common areas to required standards while promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Provide courteous, responsive guest service by fulfilling requests, coordinating room readiness with the team, supporting meal services, and handling guest property responsibly.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards when handling cleaning equipment while efficiently managing, organizing, and monitoring housekeeping supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily operational tasks on schedule, maintain property standards,
and adapt to changing operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, hotel service or related hospitality experience is preferred; 2+ years is an advantage.
- Good attention to cleanliness, presentation and detail.
- A reliable, cooperative and service-minded approach.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks and work effectively in a small team.
- Willingness to live and work in a remote mountain location and manage the practical demands of harsh winter conditions.
- Flexibility to support reasonable housekeeping and guest-service requirements.
